Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Capital Wolves

It shall be the policy of WHYHA that refunds will not be made for players who elect to leave the Club once they are assigned to a team. This policy will also apply to players who cannot play due to injury. A player will always be charged according to the level being played. If a player is elevated to a higher level (i.e. clinic to rec or rec to travel), the player will be charged the pro-rated increase based on the cost of the program. If for some reason, a player is moved down a level, a pro-rated downward adjustment and refund will be made.
